Healthy Diet Tips Needed!!?

What’s this week’s diet tips question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: Ive been eating salads everyday and have a cheat meal once a week for the past 3 years.. I have lost a lot of weight but now I m in a plateau and I want to maintain my current weight. I still wanna eat healthy. I’m a carb-food lover, mesomorph, hourglass female.. also I want to now whether if wraps, pita bread and wholemeal pasta are ok as they are the food which I enjoy eating most! Also I exercise 5-6 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes : a fast walk, cross trainer or some dumbells lifting.

I must tell you that I am adamant that flour based foods need to be avoided as much as possible to truly lose weight. Try to get your whole grain from brown rice, barley, whole kernel corn (yes corn is a whole grain) and other grains. If it was dough once I usually avoid it.
You are doing it right. Sit down with pen and paper and write down everything you can think of that you are eating and drinking. Then take a hard look and find the simple carbohydrates that are submarining your effort to reach your final goal.

What a great diet tips question:

Question: ok so i just recently started working out a few days ago and i found out im going on vacation to puerto rico this summer so i need to lose weight so i can have a beach body. today i had a turkey sandwhich for breakfast(chees turkey lettuce mayo) and a cesar salad with grilled chicked for dinner. what are some things aside from salads i can eat to help me with weight loss?
im 5foot 9 and about 183 last time i checked my metabolism slowed down alot in the past year which is why im worying bout my wieght i gained a gut and love handles

Diet Tips. 10 Points.?

I just love answering these diet tips questions. Here’s another:

Question: I want to lose like 30 lbs. I’m 16. I’m a vegetarian so I eat a lot of salads but I have a weakness for the microwave foods like pizza rolls, or pasta dishes. :p
What should my calorie limit be for each day?
Also, due to class schedules I cant go to the gym anymore and its to cold out to go for jogs now. What are some excercises I could do? Mainly for the thigh area.

Answer: well i am not the pro at diet tips but i have some good tips if you are ever really wanting cake or a type of cookie or tempted to buy it something sweet keep a pack of gum with you at all times if you are tempted chew the gum and you really will walk away because its the gums taste i am serious it will work! the pizzas you might have to deal with i dont even know how to stop from galloping it all down but thigh exercises one excellent one would be put a big bouncy or exercise ball against the wall put your back up against the ball and bend your knees so it looks like your sitting and it will help you thighs a lot just hold that position for a few second and do it over and over each day and that will help try and do normal exercises too and not just for the thighs practice push ups(which would be hard) maybe even do sit ups(which are more easier) and do some other basic ones there are lots of ways to get back healthy just set your mind too it and do what you know will help not eat ten pizzas a day keep it up and you can lose about 30 pounds and just to e healthy drink water too water is the most important thing for your body good luck! i hope i helped :D btw i hope i can have those ten points i tried my best at answering this :)
