Question: I want to lose like 30 lbs. I’m 16. I’m a vegetarian so I eat a lot of salads but I have a weakness for the microwave foods like pizza rolls, or pasta dishes. :p
What should my calorie limit be for each day?
Also, due to class schedules I cant go to the gym anymore and its to cold out to go for jogs now. What are some excercises I could do? Mainly for the thigh area.

Answer: well i am not the pro at diet tips but i have some good tips if you are ever really wanting cake or a type of cookie or tempted to buy it something sweet keep a pack of gum with you at all times if you are tempted chew the gum and you really will walk away because its the gums taste i am serious it will work! the pizzas you might have to deal with i dont even know how to stop from galloping it all down but thigh exercises one excellent one would be put a big bouncy or exercise ball against the wall put your back up against the ball and bend your knees so it looks like your sitting and it will help you thighs a lot just hold that position for a few second and do it over and over each day and that will help try and do normal exercises too and not just for the thighs practice push ups(which would be hard) maybe even do sit ups(which are more easier) and do some other basic ones there are lots of ways to get back healthy just set your mind too it and do what you know will help not eat ten pizzas a day keep it up and you can lose about 30 pounds and just to e healthy drink water too water is the most important thing for your body good luck! i hope i helped
