Cant Quite Pull This Fasting Liquid Only Diet Off. Tips, B Nice Now!?

Keep the diet tips questions coming! I liked this one:

Question: In the middle of the night, I am in a trance and I admit food psychologically reduces my anxiety/stress. I can control it in the day when I am "awake" but not during the middle of the night. I have packed our house with healthy food so it is not like I am eating a box of ice cream :), but anyway, besides nailing up the kitchen door or taping the frig shut with duck tape, ha ha any ideas?? Thanks! Afraid of drinking too much liquids before bed because, well you know.
Answer: Hang on, you mean you sleep-eat?

But a liquid only diet sounds terribly bad for you, sure it might help you lose weight but it will probably do damage in the long run.

Question: Whats Your Diet Routine? How Did You Loose Weight? Tell Me Your Ideas & Tips. Best Answer 10 Points :D Thanks ?
Answer: Well , after I gave birth to my 2nd child ( who will be 3 on Monday :) at the age of 42 gained 25lbs and had to have a c-section , but I was in good shape prior to becoming pregnant and weight trained through out my pregnancy . I followed the same diet I’ve been doing which seems like forever . 5-6 small meals a day , consisting of 40% lean protein , 40% good carbs , 20% good fats and a gallon of water . Plus when I was released from the dr I was able to go back to weight training at 4 weeks after having my daughter . Within 2 months I was back to my pre pregnancy weight and lean :) . This is what my normal diet consists of daily give or take with the exception of a cheat meal on the weekends .

Breakfast - 1 cup of cooked oatmeal plain , 4 egg whites one yolk scrambled

Snack - protein and maybe a piece of fruit or cup of brocolli

Lunch - Whole wheat wrap with chicken , spinach , veggies , small amount of mozzarella cheese or
a spinach salad with chicken , veggies , vinegeratte dressing

Snack - Diced up chicken with salsa and plain greek yogurt ( tastes just like sour cream and has zero fat , low carbs ) or I will have 1/2 cup of cooked plain oatmeal with 1 tble of all natural peanut butter added to it .

Dinner - Chicken , fish or lean beef , brocolli , small salad

My eating habits are pretty boring lol . I eat to live not live to eat .There are days where I do not do a lot of carbs and try to rotate them around my weight training :) .

Tips on How to Loose Weight Without Dieting or Excercise?

What’s this week’s diet tips question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: I am trying to loose extra flab and weight i have from the holidays, however i really dont want to diet or do anymore exercise i’m just looking for like health drinks i can have or just things i need to do before i eat a meal, for example i herd that drinking hot water and lemon helps you loose weight? I just need small tips like that:)
Answer: It’s not possible to lose weight without dieting or exercise. Unless you don’t count healthy eating as dieting. But most people do. Exercise is pretty much essential to lose weight. It will build muscle thus helping you tone up. Here is what I recommend you do:
- When you get up in the morning drink a cup of green tea
- Eat six small meals a day
- Keep active wherever you go - simple things like walking to work/school and taking stairs instead of lift
- Don’t ’snack’ unless you count it as one of your six small meals
- Drink lots of water (chilled water is best).

However without proper cardio, you won’t be losing the weight that fast.

Hope this helped and good luck.

Answer: Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.

You can always eat negative calorie foods to lose weight.

Below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.

These foods don’t actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.

For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

Negative Calorie Fruits:
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangoes
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines

Negative Calorie Vegetables:
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelions
endives
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onions
papaya
radishes
spinach
turnips

Tips on Toning Stomach? Diet and Exercise?

What a great diet tips question:

Question: Basically what it says above.
Just some tips so my stomach can become more toned, flat and everything haha.
I’m a teenage girl by the way.
All advice welcome :)
Answer: changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose excess fat, if combine with walking every day , especially. Also, you will feel much better mentally.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, lentils or dried beans (provide much "lean" protein) , grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegetables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are very healthy for your body too.)

Embarking on the Cigarette Diet.. Any Tips?

What a great diet tips question:

Question: ..
/
A couple of my friends said they combated the freshman 15 by smoking cigarettes. They say it helps.

I smoke rarely but i already have before so it won’t be like I have to restart all over.

Answer: My best tip is do something else!! I know the food at college can be terrible, so get some fresh fruits and veggies, avoid sugar as much as possible, and try not to do any "emotional eating".

The cigarette diet is a lousy idea, health wise, which I’m sure you know. I used to smoke occasionally, and sometimes didn’t smoke for years, but it all morphed into regular smoking and quitting sucked!

Smoking may help combat freshman float, but if you’re smart enough for college you’re definitely smart enough to know it’s not wise. Not trying to preach, just to remind you to consider other options, sweetie. Sorry if I sound preachy. :-(

Good luck. You may be one of those ppl who doesn’t have to worry anyway! :-)

Best Exercises And/or Diets Tips ? ANY HELP WANTED?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: Young female , trying to loss between 30-50 pounds , in no set time . I really really want to target my tummy and thy’s . Whats the best work outs to do . Or what are some good diet plans ? ? ?
Answer: Instead of a diet change, make a lifestyle change. You could try Atkins for two week, if you have the willpower for two weeks then i guarantee you’ll be able to lose all of your weight, after it just make changes to your lifestyle/diet, eat less sugar and fats,. and drink water instead of juice and pop and take out the white bread and sweets. Also establish an excersize program, and try to excersize 5 times a week for 30 minutes each night doing cardio (which is excersizing by intense activity such as running/walking, etc.). The main thing is to not lose motivation even though doing all of this may be hard. And also find some sports thats you enjoy participating in and do them.

My Friend and I Need Diet and Fitness Tips!?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: me and my friend are trying to get healthy, however my friend needs more help than i, she’s 185 pounds, around 5′3/5′4. how much should/can she lose a week? what types of foods should she eat? what should she do for workouts? how long might it take for her to get to a healthy weight if she’s in her teens? i’m a little new to this, and i really wanna help her out.
Answer: It would be best to consult your doctor about this, perhaps a nutritionist to see what she should be eating, how much, etc.

For a basic outline, make sure you’re eating LOTS of fruits and vegetables ( 5-10 servings a day ), 3 servings of dairy, 2 protiens ( preferably lean protein like eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, etc ). and don’t forget whole grains!
Don’t forget to treat yourself every now and then as well :)
