Another diet tips question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:
Question: Hello. Thanks for helping. I’m 15 years old and around 5" to 5"2 in height…& yes, im rather small height wise =| …anyway, back to the question. I’m 15 as you already know and 42kg which is obviously rather fat. I hope to get thinner before summer 2010 (this summer seems to be showing the signs of a hot summer!!) and basically I need to look the part. I’ve been jogging for around 1-2 hours each day around my local area and I do several squats & lunges daily & often visit the gym too. But, I was just wondering whether anyone else had any other exercises which helped them become thinner before summer?!!

Answer: You are at a normal healthy weight at the moment, but if you want to lose a little bit of weight and tone up, then try other forms of cardio such as swimming, dancing, aerobics, playing sport, and strength training such as push ups, pull ups, dips, crunches and other core exercises.
