What a great diet tips question:
Question: Hi , I’m in 8th grade , and I’m not too large , but I am chubby in the belly area, and I’m starting to get these really small stretch marks on my arms, and I’d really like too lose some weight. Do you have any advice on workouts or food to eat or to avoid. For example, lately I’ve only been drinking water and Gatorade, and i heard that it’s best to cut out pop completely. Also , is it okay to low-fat bagels and cheese ? I have an exercise video called "the biggest loser workout cardio max".
I really appreciate all of your answers
Answer: I’m currently on a strict diet and what I’m doing is cutting out completely bread, butter, and salad dressing because those are 3 main things that are super fattening or high in carbs that people tend to over eat then never work off. Excercise. Eating for pleasure is bad. Eat on a schedule and have the meals 5 hours apart, 3 meals a day, I stopped excercising completely for 2 months and just had an eating schedule and still lost like 2 pant sizes man. Also a good way to keep off fat is to have muscle cause muscle eats fat. If you must have a sweet you should eat fruit, especially pineapple or something, cause you can eat 6 cookies, but who in the world is going to sit there and eat 6 pineapples? Also if you think you’re hungry go chug a glass of water first then see if you’re still hungry, people confuse hunger and thirst so much you can’t tell sometimes so it’s a good test. Those are my best tips for fast weight loss, and they’re healthy so once it’s off it won’t come back that easily. Good luck and TONS of water.
Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:
Question: I’m looking to shed a few pounds. I already work out 5-6 days a week. I do anywhere from 40-90 minutes of cardio, and I work out with weights 3-4 times a week. I’m doing well with my diet now, but once college starts again I’m not going to have as much time to prepare anything in advance.
With little money, a full day of college, a full night of homework, a husband, and a strong desire to get healthier, what can I do to maintain this and get proper, complete (and meatless) nutrition while on-the-go?
Note: I do not eat eggs, or most things that have eggs in them. I do not drink milk, but I have no problem with dairy products. I just don’t like the taste of milk.
Haha, starving does work, but it’s horrible for your metabolism, and it’s not wise for someone who works out!

What a great diet tips question:
Question: Okay, I know all the facts on diets and fitness. I know dieting is bad and one hour of exercise is good, but I am a little confused. I think I can cut down calorie intakes to about 1600 per day, with some sacrifices on some unhealthy snacking but it’s harder for me to get an hour of exercise per day. I take the stairs, I walk instead of taking the bus, but it’s hard to get in that cardio. I run and jumprope and play catch during the weekends, but weekdays are so busy. I live on the second floor so I can’t really do any cardio in the house, since it makes too much noise, and I can’t get a treadmill because it won’t fit and I had one, but we had to throw it out since I moved. I can’t afford a gym membership, either. Any tips on how to squeeze in exercise, and how can I squeeze in an hour of jogging or just moderate walking to my busy schedule? Thanks.
Answer: ok look. everyone who says they do little stuff like walking up stairs and walking just wants to say they workout. yes i do drive. yes, i will take the elevator. but i run during weekdays. i do 3miles in around 16-17 minutes or longer milage or other cardio. i also swim a lot. walking is a big load of s***. you either run till you puke, or you wont get amazing results. catch isnt anything. so what if you dont have a treadmill. god made ground for a reason. he wanted man to run on it. so run on the gorund.
