Another diet tips question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: i wanna lose my weight.i am 69/70 kg.i control my diet.now i wanna know about green tea effect because i saw japanese & chinese,they take green tea instead of water.is this green tea which keeps them smart & slender?
Answer: I’ve been there and done that. If you are really trying to lose weight, you have to stay dedicated and determined to do so. I lost around 50 pounds using just these simple tips I’m about to explain to you.

I found three things to be the best but you have to use them together in order to get some great results. You have to understand that you are what you eat first. Dieting is something you might have to stick in there with and follow through with one. Some people can while others can’t.

Personally I have lost a total of 50lbs since I have started my diet 12 month ago just by doing cardio, eating less and just more cardio lol. When I run I add this diet supplement to my water that fills me up while I work out. Diet Tips? Please Help?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: I’m ready to get Skinny god d a m n it. So, I’ve already been dieting, but I’ve been slacking off. & Yesterday my mom & I have started walking around our block, & today we walked around it twice. & My eatting habits have decreased a lotttt. Like, I only eat 2 things a day, then I have like a sandwitch (Bread, Mayo, Tomatetoe, & Turkey) I’m loosing my muffin top (SCORE) But I just need to know what cardio exercises can I do? I’m 5′8, So I should be 130 Pounds. I’m 173 Pounds. (Used to be 200 Pounds, take that b iii t c h e s ;3) & I only drink Water, & occationally a dr, peper or energy drink. What are some exercises I can do to Tighten up my stomach, make my arms less flabby, & my thighs less big? I’ve got all the rolls off my back ;D but I still need to work on my shoulder blades. & would a guy go for a big girl if she’s loosing the d a m n pounds?
Answer: first of all, make SURE U DONT GO ON AN EATING DISORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! make sure u stick with a regular excersise program. u should always talk to a doctor to discuss what u want to accomplish and they can help u. well, jogging, push uos, sit ups, thank kinda thing. for legs, i like to do squats.

I just love answering these diet tips questions. Here’s another:

So, I’m 15 and female.
I weigh about 140, 5′5, I’m a size 8 or 9.
Everyone says that children shouldn’t go on diets. I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin, this weight is unhealthy, and my stretch marks are embarrassing.
So, I’m asking for tips/ideas and for someone to help me plan a diet & excersize routine to help me get my weight back down to a healthy number.
I’d like to have somewhat of a "bikini bod" by summer, so this gives me 5 months.
Also tips to get rid of stretch marks would be helpful too.

Answer: When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Answer: Don’t eat anything fried. Eat lots of fresh veggies–raw if you can. You have to find the time to walk or work out. No excuses.

Diet and Diet Tips for a Thirteen Year Old?

A diet tips question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: i know thirteen might be ‘too young’ to start a diet but that’s what i wanna do. nothing drastic. just a healthy diet. i was thinking of doing a low-carb diet. and i just need guidelines on what to do. i know an important factor in that diet is to *not eat rice. i am filipino, spanish, and chinese. mostly filipino. and rice is what my family and i eat everyday. with every meal. i am willing to not eat rice. it’s not hard. tips would help tooo.

Answer: Cut out all sugars & starches. No sodas, juices, cookies, candy, cakes, etc. As healthy as fruit may be, it’s natural sugars do not only not promote fat loss, they actually promote fat storage (fructose is the most lipogenic carb).

Make sure half your meals are green non starchy vegs & eat lots of protein & good fats, limit your complex carb portions to no more than your protein portion.

I am adamantly opposed to low calorie dieting because most people lose a good portion of lean tissue (including vital organs like the heart) along with fat stores. There is no nutrition in fat stores, only energy. Most people get impatient and lower their calories and increase their exercise to a point where they lose so much lean tissue that when they return to what was maintenance level eating they are now accumulating more fat stores because their caloric needs have dropped due to the loss of this tissue as well as their metabolism slowing down to work more efficiently on fewer calories & it becomes a vicious cycle of dieting and more loss (including vital organs like the heart). This stress to the vital organs cannot be healthy.

Dieting & Exercise Tips for a Thinner Summer….!!?

Question: Hello. Thanks for helping. I’m 15 years old and around 5" to 5"2 in height…& yes, im rather small height wise =| …anyway, back to the question. I’m 15 as you already know and 42kg which is obviously rather fat. I hope to get thinner before summer 2010 (this summer seems to be showing the signs of a hot summer!!) and basically I need to look the part. I’ve been jogging for around 1-2 hours each day around my local area and I do several squats & lunges daily & often visit the gym too. But, I was just wondering whether anyone else had any other exercises which helped them become thinner before summer?!!

Answer: You are at a normal healthy weight at the moment, but if you want to lose a little bit of weight and tone up, then try other forms of cardio such as swimming, dancing, aerobics, playing sport, and strength training such as push ups, pull ups, dips, crunches and other core exercises. What a great diet tips question:

Question: Right now i weigh about 140 pounds, i’m only 5′3ish. I wanna get down to 125-130 which is the weight i feel best at. My problem area is my thighs & arms, my waste is pretty small.
I know to drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits & veggies.. and i’ve been running a mile every day, but i was wondering if you knew some excercises that target thighs & arms & what are some good diet tips? Thanks!
Answer: For your theighs, jump rope for 10 mins a day every day for a month and you will lose 10 pounds!

Am I Overweight. If So, Diet and Exercise Tips Please?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: im 14 years old, in 8th grade, and i seem a bit bigger than me peers. im 5 feet tall and 147 pounds. my stomach is bigger than id like it to be, and i have excess fat on my arms and legs as well. i used to be obese when i was 11 because i went through puberty early, but i lost all that weight the next year and was then 92 pounds which was a healthy weight. i started gaining weight rapidly this year though. at the start of 8th grade i was 105 pounds which was healthy, but in danger of being overweight i think, so im guessing i am a little too fat right now. i really feel bigger than i should be, and i get out of breath more easily than my friends in p.e., and walking around the school is harder for me than skinnier girls. id like to once again be slim. no supplements though please! i want to lose weight the right way :)

**NOTE: look, i dont want to lose weight if i am healthy. so first of all… am i overweight? second (if i am) DIET & EXERCISE tips please! none of this supplement nonsense my mom said "no way" to them. sorry if this sounds rude i dont mean to be

Answer: Well, if you feel that you’re overweight, here are some tips. For breakfast, have a smoothie. For lunch, have like a salad or something. And for dinner, something like grilled chicken or fish would do. Also, for exercise. You may want to join a sports team, like swimming. In swimming, you burn a lot of calories. And, you could join dance, where you can burn 300 calories an hour.
