Breakfast: Low fat and low calorie yogurt and a handful of peanuts<br />
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwhich, or a bagel with no filling, and butter<br />
Snack: some type of fruit or veggie<br />
Dinner: Salad with veggies on it and roasted almonds with oil and lemon italion dressing<br />
i would do this for one week, then just eat healthy for the next week and do this one more time, but afterwards i would stop, maybe do this once a month but still eat healthy. Along with doing jumping jacks, crunches, push ups(on knees, working on getting better) hula hooping on wii fit, jogging in place on wii fit, walking 4 times a week atleast, and bike riding when warm out. How long will it take to lose 15 pounds, and also, i need some motivstional tips, i am not obese but i am overweight, and if i lose 15 pounds i will be almost perfect weight!!! please help me<br />

<span class="title">Answer:</span> <span class="text">Well, you should run a lot, nothing is better for you than running, and skipping with a jump rope is brilliant cardio, and your diet sounds good, but you didn&#8217;t say what these other healthy foods are, as long as they are balanced.<br />
Motivation: lol, I don&#8217;t know what to write, you should just keep thinking about what you want to achieve.</span>

2 serves of fruit, 4-6 serves of veg per day<br />
skim milk, whole grain bread<br />
avoid processed, high salt and high fat foods (e.g. take out)<br />
exercise for at least 30 minutes a day (need to break a sweat)<br />
don&#39;t keep unhealthy foods in the house, they are too tempting and if you are really hungry you are more likely to go for them<br />
put your fork down in between bites, chew your food completely, take sips of water between bites that way you will realize you are full before you eat your entire meal<br />
don&#39;t eat a whole meal from a restaurant, they are larger servings than you would have at home, try ordering an entree size</span>

Please don&#8217;t say its unhealthy to go on a diet at this age and stuff like that. I want to look good and lose some weight before christmas! Does anyone have any good tips that actually work? also any reccomended dieting pills? I can&#8217;t seem to find any that don&#8217;t say &#8220;not for people 18 years or younger&#8221; is it just saying that or should i really not get those? Also any kind of ready to drink shakes or drinks? does slimfast work? stuff like that&#8230;</p>
<p>Also I saw this commercial for ready to drink diet drinks on tv last night..they were specially for made for women and on the commercial it listed 5 reasons why its hard for women to lose wieght. Also it was a commercial during &#8220;17 kids and counting&#8221;  Does anyone know what it is???<br />
also im in school from 715am to 215pm and then get home and then at 3-5pm babysit, come home do homework, have dinner, take a shower, and go to bed. there isn&#39;t much time at all for excersize!</p>
<p>also i eat less already than my really skinny friends&#8230;the problem is that i can&#39;t lose weight because i have an extremely HORRIBLE metabolism! All summer i ate pretty healthy and even worked out for 2 hours a day jogging. all i lost last summer while doing that was 5 pounds! thats it for the whole summer! there isn&#39;t anything that give give you a better metabolism is there? like a pill or something?<br />

<p>As for diet coke, keep some cans on hand and do NOT refrigerate them.  Open up a few of those when you&#39;d normally reach for a cold one.  They&#39;re replusive that way; you won&#39;t get two sips down.  Soon, you&#39;ll develop an aversion to Diet Coke in general!  Good luck!!!</span>

<p>Secondly, Stevia is a natural sweetener that does not feed the Candida.  STevia is 300X sweeter than sugar.  It does not lose its properties when you cook with it.  It is calorie free, carb free and does not raise the glycemic index.  Add it plain yogurt along with cinnamon and you have an excellent dessert.  I have used it in iced tea, coffee, etc.  It is great.  I found that the KAL brand pure stevia is by far the best.  It does not have an aftertaste.  The candida diet is very tough to stick with and the stevia was a lifesaver for me.</span>
