I eat vegetables, fruits, I drink a lot of water, I stop drinking coffie or only once per day, I drink a lot of tea? What do you recomnd?<br />

<span class="title">Answer:</span> <span class="text">The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, &quot;starving&quot; your self etc.</p>
<p>first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..</p>
<p>eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be &quot;lean meat&quot; such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID &quot;JUNK FOOD&quot; and &quot;Fast Food&quot; as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.</p>
<p>if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.</p>
<p>go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.</p>
<p>if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.</p>
<p>10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure&#8230;but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed&#8230;</p>
<p>btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a &quot;food steamer&quot; at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a &quot;rice cooker&quot; which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs &quot;healthy carbs&quot; to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good &quot;jasmine rice&quot;.. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like &quot;cumin&quot; or &quot;Curry powders&quot;, etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.</p>
<p>drink &quot;Green Tea&quot; as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster&#8230;you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well</span>

Our summer practices are very intense, they involve a ton of conditioning and cardio. We started practicing two weeks ago and I&#8217;m already noticing a difference in my muscle tone. It&#8217;s great that I&#8217;m toning up, but I would really like to get my weight down to 135lbs. I don&#8217;t eat extremely unhealthily but I&#8217;m not on a diet either. So what should I eat in correlation with my exercises to drop some pounds? Thanks in advance!<br />

So is it ok if I run 4 km(2.48 miles) every night? I don&#8217;t have any health problems so please don&#8217;t avoid telling me if it&#8217;s too less. What shouldn&#8217;t I eat and what should I eat more? I must say, I NEVER eat anything after 6 PM.<br />

<span class="title">Answer:</span> <span class="text">HI, first. you need to make your weight stable.When you can maintain a stable weight for one week. then you have reached your balance point.This is when you need to begin to make a 500kcal defecit per day.You should aim to reduce your calorie intake by 250kcal per day and burn off 250kcals per day.If you do this you will lose 1lb per week.And keep it off. cut to skimmed milk, brown bread, sweetners, diet pop.lean meats half fat spreads, all this will help you reduce kcals.Next you need to think about portion size. You should eat 5 portions of fruit/veg at least. Up to 5 carb portions Max. 2-3 dairy portions. 2-3 protien and 2 fat/sugar portions, less if trying to lose weight.this is not a diet but the healthiest way to live.Buy a pedometer and aim to do 10000 steps per day.This is the recommended amount. by the way 1 porion of carbs is one slice of bread. do you over do bread?</span>

Cut out refined carbohydrates and red meats to the extent that you can, and replace them with lean sources of protein and whole grains.  Be sure to include fruits and vegetables, which fill you up but don&#8217;t fill you out.</span>

- Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.<br />
- Increase the caloric value of your meals. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on.<br />
- Avoid skipping meals. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks.<br />
- Increase your normal portion size. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal.<br />
- Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans.<br />
- Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories.<br />

<span class="title">Answer:</span> <span class="text">Walking is proven to be the best exercise. Walking relieves stress and helps you lose weight. Walking works out your whole body. Walk for half an hour a day.</p>
<p>Drink a lot of water, sometimes our brains confuse thirst with hunger (proven scientifically) and you might eat when you are actually thirsty. If you do drink a bottle of water and you will still feel hungry after 5 minutes then you are truly hungry. Drink water while you eat, it has been proven that you consume less calories when you drink water with your meals. Also drink colder water if you can because after you drink cold water your body uses a lot of energy to warm up the water and you lose calories.</p>
<p>Eat oatmeal. Oatmeal is healthy and makes you feel full for a long time.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t eat junk food, as I can see you already made that change.</p>
