Somebody mentioned it on my question, but not eating past 7 is the best.  I did this once for about 2 weeks and lost somewhere around 10 pounds (lots of water weight I know, but still).  For the life of me I can't figure out why I stopped doing it, lol.   

Water, drink lots of water- which sucks cause water is disgusting (Lol...spoken by someone who truly hates all things healthy I guess)  but I'm sure you knew that, because everybody says it...and I still don't do it...lol.  

Those are my serious answers for the day, because I couldn't think of anything even half as clever as yours :)</description>
