This week’s question is as follows:
Question: I’ve already got running to the fridge instead of walking, and chewing faster.
Answer: Get knocked up. I’ve lost 13 pounds so far. Actually though, I think I’m still losing the weight because I don’t really eat fast food much anymore. It makes me feel sick.
Cute, but really, drink a very large glass of water right before eating a meal. Your body needs the water and you will feel full and not eat as much. It works.

lol. Are you on this too? It’s in my head today like crazy.
Somebody mentioned it on my question, but not eating past 7 is the best. I did this once for about 2 weeks and lost somewhere around 10 pounds (lots of water weight I know, but still). For the life of me I can’t figure out why I stopped doing it, lol.
Water, drink lots of water- which sucks cause water is disgusting (Lol…spoken by someone who truly hates all things healthy I guess) but I’m sure you knew that, because everybody says it…and I still don’t do it…lol.
Those are my serious answers for the day, because I couldn’t think of anything even half as clever as yours
