		<description>Hi! I'm holistic, so I don't eat a whole lot of meats anyways - I just try to stick with whatever has the least preservatives.  Anyways, I'm 19 too and in the same situation.  I've lost a few inches so far by walking to class instead of the bus, eating less more times a day to help my metabolism (that one really helps), and drinking water when I get a craving (hunger can be mistaken for thirst).  You know, just a few changes that add up to a larger difference.

Lately, I've been having nature valley granola bars as &#34;snacks&#34; when I need to eat between small meals.  They're sweet enough to enjoy and take so long to chew that I'm not hungry anymore by the time I finish it!

		<description>well first off carbs can help at first but after a while without carbs you dont have the energy to workout and crave it worse..what you need to do it cut out THE BAD CARBS ..the white ones(at least mostly)
so when you have bread or pasta ect. make sure its whole grain/wheat ect...
things with carbs should also be high fiber to balance it out...

also Im not sure what you like and what thngs your eating since carbs is a wide variety..but they make noodles out of tofu..their super low calories and low carb...so maybe try those their ok tasting...(I hate tofu but I can eat them sometimes)

you need to walk or jog whichever you can handle for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day 3 days a week..then work up to 5 when you can..and up to an hour until you lose the weight be sure to continue at least 3 days  aweek after though..

you can firm up but if theres fat there it does no good so CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO..until you lose the weight then if you stomach is jiggly or theres extra skin on your arms come back and ask.....

it sucks but it takes time to see any change..try on your tighest outfit(jeans or whatever) and then every 10 days try them on..even with a slight change ..even if they dont fit you will notice them getting closet and closet...

veggie stir fry is a delicious way to have veggies that are tasty...and smoothies yummyyy</description>

		<description>To really be healthy your body needs animal protein to support proper brain function. Just eat proper portions and exercise regularly, you should be fine. Walking is the easiest and safest form of exercise and you have been doing that for years and years. Toss in some wrist and ankle weights for an added work out.</description>

I started going out into nature and hiking 3-6 miles. I enjoy being out there, love being in nature and don't mind the exercise. This is the best of all worlds because this is something I enjoy and can maintain!!!!!
