Drinks;

Freezing Cold water is the best for helping lose weight as it sends a shock to your system which makes your body have to burn calories to make it normal body temp.

Food;
 
Breakfast - Banana + Glass Of Milk (Banana is great for burning calories when excersizing.)

Lunch - Rice + Salmon + Veggies + Ice Cold Water.

Dinner - Chicken + Salad + Ice Cold Water.

Eat these very slowly so you are digesting them properly (Your body will be able to give you a sign when you are full up) and they give you the energy to physically be able to do activities.

Make Sure;

Get plenty of sleep as you need lots of this to be able to keep your body motivated for more activity's + you burn lots of calories in your sleep. Try around 9-10 or more hours sleep.
 
Activitys;

Wii Fit Plus.
Step Ups - Stairs.
Swimming - If you fee confident enough.
Skipping.
Running.
