What a great diet tips question:

Question: Right now i weigh about 140 pounds, i’m only 5′3ish. I wanna get down to 125-130 which is the weight i feel best at. My problem area is my thighs & arms, my waste is pretty small.
I know to drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits & veggies.. and i’ve been running a mile every day, but i was wondering if you knew some excercises that target thighs & arms & what are some good diet tips? Thanks!
Answer: For your theighs, jump rope for 10 mins a day every day for a month and you will lose 10 pounds!

God Bless

  1. Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, many people would declare impossible, nevertheless I melted away 3 inches from my thighs by following the guidance on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their information is very down to earth!

  2. I just recently lost 15 pounds, and here’s how I did it!

I get on the elliptical and crank the resistance up to between 8-10 and stay on there exercising at high-intensity for at least 45 minutes. Do this at least 5 times a week!

Use an exercise machine (I use a Quantum) for hamstrings, glutes, and quads.

As for arms, those are the easiest to tone! I guess because your arms are so small, they are quicker to shape up. Use dumbbells or free weights to do the following exercises on this website:

The exercises are shown as animated so they’re easy to follow!
