Question: I want to lose about 40-50 lbs and I need either good recipes to cook or great diet tips, work out tips.. everything helps
Answer: I am dibetic so I eat low carb I eat a little of everything, and eat small amounts I stay away from alot of bread potatoes rice sweets sugar drinks. Eat low carb vegetables and fruit. Chew gum when I want something sweet.Drink a cup of chicken soup with out noodles before meals to help fill full and drink water at least a full glass before a meal. I have lost weight. Cutting out bad carbs helps alot, and eating small amounts.
Actually, you don’t need to diet in fact to lose weight, I read this at the website in the box below, they have plenty of instruction, I lost 6 pounds by following their techniques.
