Work out in the morning. If you can't do a full workout, then take at least 5-10 minutes and run in place or jump rope. 

For Breakfast have:
1 egg white (cooked however): 16 calories
w/ a small handful of Mozzerella Cheese: 90 calories
2 pieces of Extra Lean Turkey Bacon: 40 calories
10 small strawberries: 24 calories
Wow! That's only 170 calories &#38; you should be pretty full!
But if you want, you can add:
1 6&#34; Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla for 80 more calories &#38;
a few tablespoons of hot sauce, which has almost no calories!
Hot foods also speed up your metabolism. Then you can make it into a breakfast burrito!
**If you went to McDonalds &#38; got a Sauasage Burrito, it's 300 calories.
This burrito has only 226 calories &#38; you can the strawberries for a total of 250 calories!
Of course you can add all kinds of veggies! Onions, Tomatoes, etc.

Your lunch sounds good. 

Don't eat diet foods/drinks. 

You need to have a better dinner. Have a grilled chicken breast with some veggies.</description>
