Answer: start eating about 1200 calories. do crunches, pushups, tricep dips, and squats in the morning (the morning bcuz u lose more calories when u wake up)
eggs and green tea boost your metabolism
Look up a calorie calculator on google
Your diet shouldbe 60 % carbs 25 % fats 15 % protien do exceed this
Put anyways if your trying to lose weigh cutback on only 500 calories a day this will make you lose a pound a week but if your trying to loose some seroius fat i suggest investing in a jump rope cheap easy to use fun dont require equipment portable and vey high intense fat burning cardiovascular exericse but if your trying to get some abs and a well toned body do some pushups squats chin ups crunches planks take lightweight dumbells and fool around with those trust me i know my shit
