This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: anyone have any good diet rules? i am 5 foot 4, weigh 114 pounds, and want to lose liike 10. i will do anything even if it takes not eating, just give me some rules? thanks!
Answer: well you are way skinny I bet but here are some tips:
-stop snacking, sometimes it helps if you chew gum to get your mind off eating
-do something productive, like clean or walk, to burn calories and prevent boredom!
-go to the gym
-eat less beef and more vegetables and chicken (not fried)
-fish is also good for you

Hope this helped

  2. Well first off if you don’t eat anything
you will most definately not lose weight
because your body will shut down and
since it thinks your starving yourself it
will keep all the fat on your body which
will just still make you the same weight
    but i suggest……

The atkins diet which is a diet that
you can eat anything besides carbohydrates
like you can eat any kind of meat and vegtable
you can eat cheese NO! bread fruit or sugary
things you can go to the store and buy atkins
bars which i okay in taste and it helps alot
but you have to do this for a month and you
will lose alot of weight because i went on the
atkins diet and i lost 15 pounds within 2 to 3
weeks but i must say it is really hard and
atleast your not starving yourself on this diet
also drink plenty of water the more you pee the
more weight you are going to lose (: hope i helped.

  3. Dont go anarexic. All that happens is your body goes into survival mode and everything u eat turns to stomach, thigh, or arm FAT. Eat right, excercise. You’ll get results.

  4. You dont need to loose anything. I weight was much as you and I’m shorter!
And if anything I wanna GAIN weight I want my ass back!
Girls with donks are always better Dont be afraid to be thick!!
and dont starve yourself, its not healthy and believe it or not it makes you fat because you begin to take in your body fat and loose muscle! Anywhoo, as for the anorexic?
I went through that, and let me tell you It’s no FUN AT ALL!

  5. It sounds as if you’re not overweight at all but that doesn’t necessarily equate to fitness. Your goal should not necessarily be to lose 10 pounds - I’d recommend making sure you’re physically fit. There is only one sure fire way to lose weight - decrease caloric intake and/or increase the amount of calories you burn through either metabolism or exercise. The best way to regulate your calorie intake is to write down absolutely everything you put into your mouth. Tabulate the calorie count and make sure you’re not consuming more than your basal metabolic daily rate. It takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound. If you increase your physical exercise by a few hundred calories a day (or several thousand calories a week), you’ll lose weight. Pick an exercise you enjoy that will increase your heart rate to at least 80% of what’s recommended for your age for at least 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you’re in sufficient shape, you can use high intensity interval training which will increase your metabolic burn throughout the day. Using resistance training (weights) will help you increase your basal metabolic rate thus helping you maintain a healthy weight and keeping fit. Good luck!
