Question: ok well my diet starts tomorrow but i tryed before and i fell thought but this time im deturmand! ive got my school pron coming up in june and i would really like to lose a bit of weight please please help me with some tips! thanksss

Answer: Loosing weight is probally the biggest commitment you’ll face. You need to be focused and truely want it. But never actually go to the levels where you starve your self. Its mind over matter. Think with your head, and really ask your self, do i need that? And one tip, always drink water, its flushes out toxins and speeds up your metabolism.
Before you eat a good fair meal such as lunch or dinner, drink warm water. This will make you feel full and eat less, plus also allowing it easier to be digested and it will also clean out your organs and give you clearer skin.
Do excersise about 4 times a week. Even at home, work out by doing 10 sits up a day, star jumps and even stretches. Food you eat must be healthy. Try to balance out your food with lots of vegetables and avoid the processed food. Goodluck!

Lol, Same here, Im starting Monday and dieting for prom & Holiday.
My tactics are stopping eating when Im full up. Usually when I get a plate of food, or a snack, I finish it off not to be wasteful. Even though I may allready be full up.
Also Im gonna try not to buy stuff from the shop. I’ll eat what we have at home that is healthy. I have made a calender and have agrred with my parents that each 5 days I go without bad food, They will buy me my favorite snack.
And excersize! Doesn’t have to be at the gym, just go out for walk, walk the dog etc.

There is a very straightforward logical process to losing weight. Once you’ve grasped it, just follow it.
1. Calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can then use this as a measure to show your improvement and when you get into the normal band.
2. Calculate your BMR (Body Mass Index) - based on your height, age and activity you plan, it will tell you the number of calories you should be eating
3. Follow the diet plan for the calorie intake it recommends
4. Start an exercise program
5. Target 1-2 pounds a week loss.

so you want to have a flat belly right?
we have the same case, and here’s what i do
instead of eating meals 3 times a day. divide it into smaller meals so that it will be 6. eating increases your metabolism but dont go overboard in eating.
Eat slowly [this really helps]
drink lost of water
and exercise
cardio exercises work well

First of all, you have to make sure that you lose weight correctly. Losing weight correctly essentially means only losing fat while holding on to your muscles. You should also minimize water loss.
