		<description>mostly protein to build the muscles, especially after practice like yogurt or fruit and peanut butter helps to rebuild those muscles, lots and lots of pasta and just things that would give you energy limit on energy bars, eat those on meet days or something. yea just lower do on junk food cause they boost you up for a while then it starts to drain your energy. pullups, pushups, and ab work are the three basic things although running  is up there as well, develop your core cause that drives swimming so make sure you have a strong core and endurance(running) . after everything stretching doesnt hurt it helps to loosen your muscles</description>

		<description>140 lb is not too bad. but 4 tips u can eat from the food pyramid. the trick is not to eat less but to eat more healthy foods and less junk food. but u can still eat junk food. also 4 musules just work out on a wight beanch. if u dont have one then go to an athletic club. mabey even get a member ship. if u think that u should save ur legs then u can do that. dont shave ur head or anything like that. shave not going to do much differents at all. well good luck</description>
