		<description>Drink lots of water, it&#39;ll curb the appetite. Or you can fill up on your favorite diet snack/food before you leave the house. You could also cue the host in our your attempt to lose weight ... they may have something low fat/carbs handy to offer you. To me though, the holidays are a terrible time to try cutting back. Enjoy them now ... work it off later!</description>
