Diet Tips for Teens??

I just love answering these diet tips questions. Here’s another:

Question: I’m 13 years old and really overweight. I really wana loose about 15lbs-25lbs really fast, as in like before school starts again which is in about 2 months. Do you have any diet plans, tips, or anything I can take that would help? Be specific please when answering. Like for example : list of food what to eat and what not to eat, and stores to buy pills if that’s what worked for you.
Answer: That is a possibility if you stick to a good diet without going overboard. Here are a few simple rules that will help you.
1. drink 2 bottles of water daily
2. exercise 20 minutes in the morning 5 times a week before breakast
3. include salad and chicken in your diet.
4. Take multi-vitamin pills.
5. drop the white bread and replace with whole wheat bread. Same for noodles and pasta. Use whole wheat
6. walk 30 minutes after supper time and don’t eat anything after 7 pm. If you are hungry, have an apple or some popcorn. No danger there.
7. Don’t eat the same food 2 days in a row.

That should get you started . One other note. If you love hot peppers, include them in your diet. That burns the fat around the stomach area as well as help you burn calories.
